Our Maintenance Covers are based on the number of properties covered, the above prices are based on 1-3 properties per month per property.

We’ll attend each property before starting the cover to compile a stock list with as much information as we can, this information will include: Make, Model, Serial Number, Year of Installation.

Once we’ve done this we’ll give you an accurate lifespan plan. This will enable you to make an informed decision on the cover you wish to take out with us.

We can provide quotations for any replacement boilers or controls that maybe required, well also include our discounts from the chosen plan on any replacement.

* Maintenance cover is subject to make and age of boiler, size of home, N° of boilers to be covered (multi cover discount available)
Exclusions:  All covers exclude boilers beyond economical repair, LPG/Oil Filled Systems, Unvented Cylinders, Fan Heating, Under Floor Heating, Warm Air Heating, Sludge/Scale/Rust within the boiler or damage caused by the water chemical composition and Repairs required due to misuse.

** Annual Gas Safety Certificate will be charged at the discounted rate of the call out fee for packages with callout fees, fully inclusive option includes the Gas Certificate. Boiler servicing will be charged at the normal rate plus discount. Gas Safety Certificates can only be used at the end of the first years payments.

***24/7 Cover is subject to availability and nature of call, a response time will be given at the time of call, typical response times are: 6 hour emergency response, within 2 days for attention response or 28 day routine visits. All response times do not include travel time.

**** Repair Discount – does not include non-standard parts, special order parts will be charged at full price. Parts and labour included cover also does not include non-standard parts, special order parts will be charged at full price.
Increase in fees: maintenance costs will be increased by 5% annually after the first year, representative example of increase based on the bronze cover: first year cost £3.50 per month (annual cover cost £42) two call outs at £60each, cover will increase in year two to: £4.18per Month.
